The way a parcel travels

Four steps to your door

  1. Open the page for your country

    Each item is ordered on a page in your own language, with the price in local money. The form asks for a name, a phone number and an address, nothing more.

  2. The phone rings

    Our desk calls the number you gave and goes through the item, the address and the amount. If nobody can be reached, nothing is packed.

  3. It is packed and sent

    The parcel goes to the courier 1 to 2 working days after the call, and the journey takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.

  4. You pay on arrival

    Cash goes to the courier when the parcel is in your hands. Before that you owe nothing, and delivery itself costs nothing.
