The shop and the company
Torquecorner is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED (contact person: Huanbin Lin), Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.
One company does all of it: it built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, confirms it by phone, ships it, collects payment on delivery and handles returns, refunds and the guarantee. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.
What the shop sells
Five departments: tools and workshop, home and storage, electronics, gadgets and travel, and car, bike and garden. Every item has its own page with photos, specifications and reviews as they were written.
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; the country pages show the local currency.
From an order to your door
The path every parcel takes:
- 1You open the page of the item for your country and send a name, a phone number and an address. No card details are asked for.
- 2We phone you to go through the item, the address and the amount. If nobody can be reached, nothing is packed.
- 3The parcel goes to the courier 1 to 2 working days after the call and arrives 3 to 7 working days later, depending on the country.
- 4You pay the courier in cash. Until then you owe nothing, and delivery costs you nothing at all.
